How do I access the property?
You will receive a unique access code prior to your arrival for self-check-in. We’re always available for assistance if needed.
Is parking available?
Yes, free private parking is available directly at the villa.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes, the kitchen includes everything you need: stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, coffee machine, and more.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability.
Is cleaning included in the stay?
Yes, a final cleaning fee is included in the booking. For stays longer than 7 days, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning can be arranged upon request.
Is the villa suitable for families with children?
Absolutely. We provide a family-friendly environment, and the pool area is gated for added safety. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets, in order to maintain the comfort of future guests with allergies.
How far is the beach?
The nearest beach is just a short walk (70 meters) away — perfect for morning swims or sunset strolls.
Is smoking allowed on the property?
Smoking is not permitted indoors, but you are welcome to smoke in the designated outdoor lounge area.
Are there any pool rules?
Yes — for your safety and comfort, please:
- No diving or jumping
- Shower before entering
- No lotions or oils in the water
- Use the toilet before swimming
- Children must be supervised at all times
